Siblings Session

This would have to be the quickest easiest session I have done!
We met at the Spit with a final product in mind, and got stuck into the task at hand.
A fantastic and thoughtful Christmas gift idea for mum and dad, we had the portrait of these siblings presented as a beautiful 20x30" Modern Art Mount - you can't go wrong! They are going to love it.

Janice, Tas, Petros & little Stellar

Oww, how adorable! Little Petros with his baby sister Stellar . I was over the moon to capture this very brief moment where he stood still for a little cuddle & kiss of his new buba sis. This age can be the most challenge to photograph siblings, so very thrilled if I can say so myself. hehe
We have so many gorgous shots, it's going to be hard choosing! I love using peoples home for a more personal, casual image that means so much more to the families in them.

Dylan, Catherine, Lucy & Matilda

What a lovely morning on the deck. These are some really casual shots we took to capture Luck (2yrs) & Matilda (5 months) . I actually photographed Lucky back when she was about 3 months, just over a year and a half ago.
How lucky am I to get to see these families grow! I love my career!!

She has arrived! How sweet is the new little Charlotte.
And what an exciting morning, bath, cuddles and watching big brother and sister play - with their usual high energy! lol
I love photographing in this style, more relaxed candid session, simply documenting the families morning - as it happens. The results are terrific, with so many to choose from - I'm thinking an album will be their best option.

I had the pleasure of meeting her lovely family, Antone and the three children, Pandora, Lewis & little Angelique. I loved their home, set on a tranquil property at Cedar Creek. Antone's amazing sculpture work is scattered throughout. Antone is proud to be associated with the Scenic Rim Council's Arts Trail happening on the 20th and 21st of September 2008 - http://www.stonesculpture.com.au/.

Rogan Family

What a perfect day for photography! And luckily, no markets at the powerhouse this weekend :-) Haha
If you've browsed through my site, you would have already seen the gorgeous Oliver & Isabella featured in the portrait album section. What a pair of cuties!
This day, the Rogan's got together as a family gift for mum Carmel. Very pleased with the results, and can't wait to see these in their final glory! I find it most rewarding seeing my images displayed in peoples home, looking their best - either framed, as a modern art mount or beautiful canvas.

The Baker Family

Awesome, I love seeing families get together and celebrate with photography. I know the images are going to be really treasured, as with most families, it's difficult to get everyone together at once! Much like my own, I'm still promising mum a nice family portrait soon! haha
With some nice solid shady areas, the backyard was the perfect place for some great images. I often have families wanting backyard images, but most people don't realise it's all about the light! We need nice shade, without mottled lighting for it to work.
Anyhow, the Bakers! The session went tremendously well, and we covered all combinations. The house is where they all grew up, so these really will be special images in years to come.
